Fantastic Canal Side Stay!

I appreciated the room size (it was a great size!) and the canal view, a definite highlight. The minibar soft drinks were a welcome touch. Rituals shampoos and the provision of slippers. It was great.

The room got a bit warm, I think the AC could have been a little more effective.

The hall carpet had stains. I did not think the halls felt clean. The pillows felt too high and firm to me.

The hotel's location proved quite convenient. It was a short walk to many attractions.

My room was not cleaned properly . I reported this issue, it was not fully resolved even after staff addressed it. The staff did not change towels as requested.
